Job Summary
:We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Leader to oversee the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preprocessing and analysis of large datasets, deploying and maintaining ML solutions in production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services.
About the Role:
This role involves designing and implementing ML pipelines, working closely with engineering teams to integrate ML models into products, and ensuring model performance and reliability. You will leverage your expertise to advise on strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, as well as experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for data processing and model deployment. Additionally, your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will enable you to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models.
- Oversee the preprocessing and analysis of large datasets.
- Deploy and maintain ML solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments.
Requirements
:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for data processing and model deployment.
Preferred Qualification:
:It would be beneficial if you have an MSc or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency in SQL, Python, and relevant ML frameworks, packages, and tools; experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact; experience in designing ML pipelines, including model versioning, model deployment, model testing, and monitoring; experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-location organization - an advantage; Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented, details-oriented; Outstanding communication skills.
