Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, processing payments
- Assist with personalized guest requests
- Provide expert knowledge on the resort's offerings, services, and local attractions
- Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations
- Handle guest queries and concerns promptly
- Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to create unforgettable moments
- Maintain clear and open communication with the Hotel Management team members
- Develop a deep understanding of luxury standards
- Represent the hotel with impeccable grooming and presentation
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge of OPERA is essential
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A meticulous eye for detail and focus on delivering exceptional service standards
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
