Senior Payments Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our payments and treasury operations.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the management of our financial resources, ensuring seamless integration with our business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of skilled professionals
- Fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulated payments and treasury operations, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Suitable qualifications include:
- Strong background in senior finance roles at payment/e-money institutions, banks, fintechs, or professional service firms serving financial institution clients
- Excellent knowledge of card and banking payments, e-money, or wallet products/services, and banking functions
- Demonstrated experience executing and managing activities for financial regulatory requirements and reporting to the relevant authorities
- Experience working with card issuers, such as Mastercard or Visa
