">We are seeking a Financial Risk Manager for UCITS to join our global Risk team, focused on supporting the successful EMEA and APAC Asset Management business. This role will involve working closely with the International Chief Risk Officer and providing expert advice and oversight on all investment risk considerations for our EU domiciled fund ranges and SMAs across EMEA and APAC.
">The ideal candidate will have a track record in a risk management capacity at a senior level, with detailed knowledge of asset management businesses, especially EU/UK regulated entities. They should be familiar with relevant CBI, ESMA, AIFMD, and UCITS regulations and have practical application of investment risk oversight.
">Key Responsibilities: The Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Day-to-day oversight of investment risk processes
- Integration of sustainability risk monitoring
- Reporting to Boards and regulators
- Performing the DP for Fund Risk Management role, including responding to regulator queries
- Supporting global risk framework development
- Providing investment risk advice to portfolio managers
- Specialist advice and challenge for new products and client mandates, especially UCITS and AIFs
- Responding to client queries and leading discussions with clients on investment risk matters
