Group Marketing Manager Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive commercial goals and enhance each venue's unique character.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, promoting, and delivering impactful events, including live entertainment, food-focused promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Leading digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, websites, and advertising campaigns
  • Maintaining and evolving visual identity and tone of voice for each venue, ensuring brand consistency without losing individuality
  • Building partnerships with local organisations, promoters, and media to increase visibility and footfall
  • Monitoring performance data, generating regular reports, and making evidence-based recommendations
  • Leading and supporting a small in-house marketing team, providing mentorship, managing workloads, and fostering professional growth

Requirements for this position include at least 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, events, or related sectors. A proven track record in creating, marketing, and managing events that attract a public audience is essential. Strong communication skills, combined with knowledge of digital tools, are also required.
