Development Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of high-end commercial and logistical developments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing construction methods and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial inception to project handover or rent roll.
- Coordinate with design teams, procurement processes, and construction phases.
- Deliver projects that meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level degree in a relevant field, such as property, construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required, along with well-developed interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:- Third-level degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
