Midlands Developer Seeks Skilled Site Manager

Description:

A seasoned Site Manager is sought to lead our multi-phase development project in the Midlands region. With decades of experience constructing high-end residential and commercial developments, you will be responsible for delivering a safe and efficient construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of the project.
  • Manage initial phase of 80 units with further developments on the same site over several years.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in site management with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
