Sales Development Executive

Key to success is identifying and seizing growth opportunities within the Wisconsin dairy and beef markets. We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Ruminant Sales Manager to spearhead the sales operations across central and southern Wisconsin, leading sales efforts throughout the region.
About the Role:- Lead sales efforts focusing on dairy and beef producers.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with farmers and key industry players.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding current accounts, meeting or exceeding targets, and consistently delivering tailored feed solutions to customers.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key growth market, develop your own sales pipeline, and shape our regional go-to-market strategy. You will cultivate direct relationships with producers and their nutrition consultants, presenting tailored feed solutions and educating them on the value proposition of our by-product-based feed solutions.
Responsibilities:- Deliver on-farm consultations and present feed solutions to customers.
- Educate farmers on the benefits of our by-product-based feed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and service excellence.
- Represent the business at agricultural trade shows and local events, building brand awareness and trust among key stakeholders.
- Provide insightful market intelligence to leadership, contributing to pricing and product strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity in the Midwest feed market.
