Senior Tax Leadership Role
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly accomplished tax professional to lead our tax department in Dublin. As head of the tax team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the team's capabilities, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, and providing expert tax guidance.
- Oversee the growth and development of the tax department within the organization
- Engage with a challenging, dynamic, and varied client portfolio, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement and portfolio management
- Provide insightful and creative solutions to complex tax issues for clients, both proactively and reactively
- Foster close relationships with clients and contribute to winning new business while cross-selling other professional services
You will possess:
- CTA qualification and relevant experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for clients
- Experience in managing and leading a team of qualified professionals
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
