As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers are billed accurately and on time. This involves administering subscription changes, resolving billing queries, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for finance and billing to join our organization. You will work closely with the Billing Manager to achieve agreed objectives and contribute to the growth of our business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong numeracy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to adapt to new systems. You will also need to have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining quality output.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring referred customer billing queries are responded to and resolved within SLAs
  • Administering subscription changes to ensure customers are billed accurately and on time
  • Supporting data integrity across systems through internal audit and quality control activities
  • Working closely with Customer Services and Payment Resolutions to remove issues blocking payment processing
  • Processing financial transactions accurately
