Senior Campaign Coordinator Role

We are a leading fundraising and social marketing agency, delivering unique services to support vital social causes.

  • We collaborate with progressive organisations on critical issues, assisting them in fundraising, awareness-building and support for their work and programs.
  • Ongoing clients include charities addressing Alzheimer's, child welfare, cancer, Chernobyl relief, goal-driven initiatives, homeless support, hospice care and aid for women and children.
Your Key Responsibilities

This role involves assisting Account Managers in servicing charity clients. The ideal candidate will possess experience in digital and social media fundraising campaigns, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Supporting Account Managers in daily tasks and campaign execution.
  • Content Development and Quality Control: Assist client managers with multi-channel campaigns, digital/email/social media marketing, content creation and sales.
  • Tactical Operations, Teamwork and Learning: Align with core values and develop key relationships with external suppliers.

You will be responsible for designing digital and social media fundraising strategies, analysing trends and applying market research insights to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in strategic project development, planning and management within an agency setting.
  • A proven track record of successfully servicing charity clients in your area of expertise.
  • A passion for the industry.
