Technology Lead Position

This role offers an opportunity to engineer the future of global finance by leading a team of skilled engineers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to manage and enhance the development platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners and architects to understand APIs and events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the solution provider to deliver high-quality results on-time.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a high-performing team of engineers.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PRODUCT OWNERS AND TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS.
  • Demonstrate exceptional engineering team management skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing high-speed feature development on cloud platforms.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java is essential.
  • Knowledge of distributed transactions and Kafka is non-negotiable.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including S3, EC2, EBS, VPC, SQS, SNS.
  • Awareness of Flink and Spark technologies.
  • Understanding of modern cloud-based development frameworks.
  • Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, and NoSQL databases.
  • Restful API knowledge is required.
