Design Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of traffic and transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including local authority requirements.
  • Perform technical assessments, traffic flow analysis, and road safety audits.
  • Support project management teams in delivering design projects within timelines.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in civil design, particularly in traffic and transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Roads).
  • Knowledge of traffic analysis tools (e.g., ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG) is desirable.
  • Experience working on active travel projects (e.g., cycling infrastructure, pedestrian paths) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
