Community Engagement and Fundraising Manager
We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement and Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with local communities and secure funding from corporate partners and individuals. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to achieve organisational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at corporate partners and individual donors
- Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration
- Manage and deliver events and campaigns to engage stakeholders and raise funds

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of success in corporate fundraising, sales, or business development. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in CRM systems and donor management tools is desirable. Ability to travel as required is required (mileage and allowances in line with civil service rates).
