Industrious Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a diligent individual to join our cleaning team as an Industrial Cleaner. This is a fixed term, 6-month contract, working full-time hours of 39 per week, over any 5 out of 7 days.

The hourly rate for this position is €14.80, and we also offer onsite parking. Additionally, there may be opportunities for career development within the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all required training in relation to the cleaning service delivered to clients. You will also complete a schedule of cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor or manager. Furthermore, you must wear personal protective equipment as specified by the cleaning supervisor or manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking all required training in relation to the cleaning service delivered to clients
  • Completing a schedule of cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor or manager
  • Wearing personal protective equipment as specified by the cleaning supervisor or manager
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Environment
  • Ensuring that all requirements in relation to COSHH are adhered to, as specified by the cleaning supervisor or manager
  • Ensuring that the colour coding policy is adhered to at all times to prevent cross-contamination
  • Reporting all faults in relation to cleaning machinery or equipment to the cleaning supervisor or manager
  • Reporting all building defects to the cleaning supervisor or manager
  • Carrying out any reasonable request, as required by the cleaning supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
