Job Title:

Cleaner and Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:
  • Ensure all areas of your schedule are completed as required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Verify that all checklists are signed off by relevant personnel as per our procedures.
  • Comply with health & safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Carry out reasonable work instructions to the specified standard, adhering to our quality control measures.
  • Regularly inspect and treat areas to maintain optimal conditions, applying best practices for floor maintenance.
  • Dust and clean floors using vacuum and mop equipment.
  • Buff and polish floors according to our specifications, utilizing suitable cleaning solutions.
  • Empty and reline waste bins, ensuring they are always kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Dispose of rubbish responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Possess good oral and written English language skills to communicate efficiently.
  • Hold a valid visa allowing you to work in Ireland.
  • Be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
  • While experience is preferred, we offer comprehensive training to support your development.
