Job Title: Specialist Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Care Professional to join our team. This is a 2-year fixed term contract, working in partnership with the HSE Mid-West to provide specialist palliative care services across counties Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary.

  • to develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, carers and other healthcare professionals.">
  • to contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies for the service.">

Requirements:

For this role we require:

  • ">
  • a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience.">
  • a particular interest in specialist palliative care.">
  • a full driver's licence.">
  • community experience and/or palliative care experience would be desirable.">
