We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Specialist. This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the real estate team with title due diligence, including reviewing titles and searches, negotiating heads of terms and deeds of variation, and preparing first drafts of land agreements. They will also support the legal team in funding, corporate sales, and M&A transactions across all jurisdictions.
In addition, they will assist in the preparation and management of virtual data rooms required for large-scale funding and corporate sales transactions, conduct due diligence processes, and review contracts such as NDAs, construction contracts, asset lifecycle contracts, SPAs, and disclosure letters to identify key terms and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of legal executive experience, ideally including energy, real estate, and corporate law. They will possess a working knowledge of virtual data rooms, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high level of motivation and a friendly manner.
