Job Summary

Care Worker role at a leading organisation in Drogheda, Co. Louth.

This is a permanent contract, working 18 hours per week with no weekend or shift work.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to people with dementia and support their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Day Centre Manager.
  • Address residents' needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience working with people with dementia, older people, or people with intellectual disabilities.
  • FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication and organisational skills; able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
