We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to oversee the manufacturing process, lead a team, and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily production operations, including workforce performance, machinery, material flow, and planning.
  • Monitor output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, OEE, etc., and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Develop budgets for labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on production performance and improvement plans.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role with previous substantial experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering production targets and managing teams.
  • Experience in health & safety and quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
