Executive Chef Opportunity

A distinguished position has arisen for a seasoned Senior Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.

As a senior leadership role, you will collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee daily operations and manage high-quality dining experiences.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end venue.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff and overseeing food preparation
  • Leading by example and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Delivering exceptional service standards across restaurant, bar, weddings, banqueting, and large-scale functions
  • Contributing to menu development, supplier management, and cost control
  • Controlling stock, labor, and profitability, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Supporting the development of junior chefs through training and coaching

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end venue
  • Strong background in upmarket à la carte service and large-scale banqueting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, calm and composed under pressure
  • Financial acumen with a track record in cost management and profitability delivery
  • Possession of a passion for modern cuisine and seasonal, locally sourced produce
