Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, property, and assets within a retail environment.

You will proactively create a secure working environment, addressing potential threats and hazards to ensure employee well-being and comfort.

Your duties will include accurately reporting incidents, monitoring CCTV cameras and other recording systems, and responding to emergency situations as they arise.

  • Incident Reporting: You will document and report all incidents, near misses, or any suspicious activity in a timely manner.
  • CCTV Operations: You will monitor CCTV cameras and other recording systems to maintain a high level of situational awareness.
  • Emergency Response: You will respond to emergency situations, such as fires, intruders, or medical emergencies, in accordance with established protocols.
