Duty Manager Opportunity

This is a dynamic chance to become an integral part of a retail management team in our busy store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store's Senior Manager in the day-to-day running of our store.
  • Manage up to 40 staff members when on duty.
  • Ensure high-quality product presentation across all departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Develop and implement effective staff training and security awareness programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainee manager within a fast-paced supermarket environment.
  • Previous experience in a Super Valu/Centra store is highly desirable.
  • HACCP trained and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of the retail grocery industry and current market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and previous experience in staff training & development.
  • Exceptional communication and security awareness skills.
