We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax Manager to drive our European tax strategy and provide strategic input on corporate and employment tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Tax Manager in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of cross-border tax and employment tax issues.

Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate tax compliance, advising on new market entry and business expansions, and supporting cross-border initiatives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking legislative changes across Europe, implementing required updates, and leading process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to advisor on corporate and employment tax matters
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors
  • Advise on new market entry and business expansions
  • Support cross-border initiatives
  • Track and interpret legislative changes across Europe
  • Lead process improvements and drive efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Tax Manager in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of cross-border tax and employment tax issues
  • Skilled in managing compliance frameworks and working with external advisors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility to get hands-on when needed
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
