Job Overview

We are seeking a driven individual to lead our Northern Trust coordination team. The successful candidate will support and manage the team, setting expansion targets and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to the Northern Trust co-ordination Team to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
  • To be supportive towards your team and assist them in their learning, development, and ability to work to a high standard.
  • Be knowledgeable on policies and procedures and ensure they are always adhered to provide a safe working environment.
  • Passionately promote the aims and values of Connected Health.
  • Oversee coordination procedures in Northern Trust working alongside other Senior Coordinators who are based in Head Office.

  • Strong telephone skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer literate including MS Office.
  • 6 months administrative experience.
  • Minimum of three months coordination experience.
