We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of people who use our services.

- A key aspect of this role will be working alongside people with autism, using a 'rights based ethos' and applying statutory and legislative requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have a Health or Social Care professional qualification, or equivalent Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care.
- They will also possess a full UK driving licence and access to their own car for business use.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, providing specialist services to individuals with autism.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of supporting people with autism, including communication difficulties and associated complex needs.
They will also need to have experience of managing a team and applying statutory and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
- Health or Social Care professional qualification (considered relevant by the RQIA); or Level 5 Diploma (QCF5) in Leadership for Health and Social Care Management (Adults Management); or other equivalent Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care.
- Meet the required years supporting at Senior Support level or above, as defined within the RQIA standards for a Registered Manager.
- Working knowledge of supporting people who have ASC, communication difficulties and associated complex needs.
- Full UK driving licence, with access to own car, to be held for at least 1 year with business insurance on appointment.
