About the Role:
The role of Maintenance Technician is a vital part of our production facility. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant and equipment in the Production and Packaging Operations facility. You will work as part of a team to ensure the effective use of reliability-based maintenance and the CMMS system. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve plant and equipment in the Production and Packaging Operations facility.
- Use the CMMS system to track and manage maintenance activities.
- Work with the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 3rd Level electrical and/or automation qualification.
- Experience working in medium-high speed packaging environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs / SCADA / INDUSTRIAL IT SYSTEMS.
- Lean manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving culture experience.
