Job Title: User Experience Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a talented User Experience Leader to join our team. As a UX leader, you will be responsible for owning the UX strategy and design, ensuring seamless, modern, and efficient user workflows.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex security use cases into elegant, user-friendly solutions. This includes capturing customer journeys and communicating pain points clearly both in an effective executive summary and detailed problem statement.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and simplification of technical concepts.

The successful candidate will be an expert in modern design tools (Figma) and UX research methodologies, with the ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver exceptional experiences.

They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and simplification of technical concepts
  • Expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and UX research methodologies
  • Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
