Design Team Leader

As a Design Team Leader, you will oversee the design process and technical detailing of projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of the company.

  • Manage in-office design teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement design strategies, including the issue and receipt of drawing design information.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify deliverables and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate the generation and management of document and drawing output, as well as technical submittals and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • At least 8 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
