Analytical Development Manager Role

Lead a team of analytical scientists in method development, optimization, validation, and execution of experiments. Provide technical expertise and support for all phases of drug development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing analytical projects, including method assessment, development, validation/qualification, and transfer. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily/weekly planning and execution of experiments for a team of AD scientists.
  • Provide analytical expertise and technical support for all phases of drug development.
  • Lead analytical projects for new product introductions to the site.
  • Promote and supervise GMP/Safety standards within the AD group.
  • Coordinate with clients, project management, manufacturing, QC, and PDS teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing analytical projects.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Good knowledge of GMP/Safety standards.
