Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Active NMBI registration as an RGN.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for elderly care.
  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role is desirable.
  • Commitment to professional development and career progression.
