Senior Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our team in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor nursing teams, promoting excellence in patient care through effective communication and delegation of tasks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans that address individual needs and goals.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all patient care requirements.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing patient outcomes and implementing data-driven corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Must be registered with the relevant professional body.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
