Hotel Management Role

This is a dynamic leadership position where you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will lead a team of staff members to ensure that every room, corridor, and public area meets the required standard. Additionally, you will train and guide your team to uphold the five-star luxury standard that makes every stay unforgettable.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of Accommodation Assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
  • Supporting and training staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences


Requirements for this role include:
  • Proven leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
