The General Manager will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of day-to-day operations
  • Review and improvement of efficiencies through process development and employee supervision
  • Delegation of roles and responsibilities to teams
  • Supervision of staff performance across all levels

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience gained within the last 5 years as a Senior Manager in a similar industry or sector
