Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage large-scale public sector projects in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in quantity surveying to work on prestigious projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, with a proven track record of managing live projects. They should possess excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as a strong understanding of building contracts and regulations.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large-scale projects
  • Experience working on live projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods and materials, including types of main building projects
  • Strong understanding of building contracts and regulations, including Irish laws and codes
