About the Role

This is a vital position within our organization that plays a key part in driving engagement and coordinating program operations.

  • Coordinate talent initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications for regional and functional Culture & Belonging plans.
  • Partner with ERG leaders to review and approve budget requests and provide enablement and hosting support for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Provide operational support for multiple recognition programs including troubleshooting issues, quarterly allocation of incentives, and managing employee inquiries.
  • Serve as a liaison with regional employees and business and HR partners to activate and ensure alignment and local relevance of Culture & Belonging initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding users to systems and tools (e.g. ERG and recognition management platforms, event tracking systems).
Key Responsibilities
  • Build energy, interest, and engagement for events and measure effectiveness of programs (formal and informal).
  • Track program activities and budget utilization, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing and standard process development across regional and functional teams.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation to support internal transparency and operational consistency.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations that summarize activities, engagement, and impact.
Job Designation

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes in-office and remote workdays.

Access to an office location is required, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office expectation.
