Overview:

As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development offerings. This includes working closely with L&D and HR teams to deliver value-added support and experiences that drive performance, grow talent, and enhance engagement.

The Learning and Development team is responsible for providing support and experiences that drive business results. As part of this team, you will be involved in coordinating scheduling, communications, and logistics of internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics of internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
  • Liaise with telecom, facilities, and other internal partners on training setup and needs.
  • Support presenters and facilitators by preparing materials, ensuring quality, and helping with updates.
  • Deliver learning reports and manage data related to course impact.
  • Support administration of learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital learning solutions.
  • Manage external learning opportunities, including education assistance, conference process, and vendor relationship management.
  • Manage the library and reconcile department expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including setting up meetings and maintaining an annual calendar.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Exceptional detail orientation with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working in an LMS is preferred.
