About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships and operational delivery for a large campus in Dublin, focusing on office services and hospitality.

  • Prepare revenue forecasts based on current commitments and develop/present business reviews to clients.
  • Manage internal teams and direct reports to promote an inclusive team environment across different departments.
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with clients regarding operational needs.
  • Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned account progress for all project areas.
  • Liaise with Resourcing and Recruitment teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels across the campus.
  • Lead by example in maintaining Health and Safety procedures and practices.
  • Provide clear direction and take action to resolve potential off-target performance.
Requirements

A strong background in Facilities Management (Soft Services) is essential, with 2-3 years of experience in client services and operations. Ideally, this experience should be gained within "blue chip" organisations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering Hospitality, Cleaning, and Catering services.
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills and a commitment to high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and deliver on targets.
  • Ability to prioritise with proven innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one core competency within the facilities management industry and strong commercial and financial awareness.
