Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Maintenance Specialist Lead to join our team at Eirdata Environmental Services Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various utility systems and production equipment on site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting and replacing components on schedule.
  • Test and adjust a variety of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Respond to breakdowns, diagnose and repair electrical systems.
  • Overhaul, clean and/or replace defective parts.
  • Provide engineering support to production.
  • Operate and maintain various utility systems.
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Document all tasks under work order notifications with detailed information.
  • Report any anomalies or issues outside of standard procedures.
  • Manage site work orders using CMMS.
  • Conduct on-site instrument calibrations.
  • Achieve site services Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain site documentation in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate and plan Eirdata validation mobile engineers.

  • Understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Policies.
  • Attend training, complete assessments, and EHS meetings.
  • Perform duties in compliant manner, adhering to site SOP's, Quality Systems, EHS standards, and legal requirements.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and EHS issues using appropriate process.
