Embedded Systems Specialist

Embedded engineers design, develop, and implement software for embedded systems. A solid understanding of real-time programming, secure device communication protocols, and network technologies is essential.
Job Responsibilities- Design and Develop Embedded Software: Create efficient and scalable software in C/C++ for ARM or similar architectures.
- Configure Yocto-Based Linux Distributions: Set up and maintain Linux distributions for embedded systems using Yocto Project tools.
- Implement Network Protocols: Develop and optimize networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT, CoAP, BLE) for reliable communication between IoT devices.
- Integrate and Test Embedded Software: Collaborate with hardware and mobile teams to ensure seamless connectivity and performance on custom hardware platforms.
- Troubleshoot Low-Level Issues: Debug low-level software problems, including bootloaders, kernel modules, and device drivers.
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in embedded software development.
- Strong Proficiency: C/C++ for resource-constrained systems.
- Hands-On Experience: Yocto Project and embedded Linux environments.
- Good Understanding: Networking concepts and protocols in IoT applications.
- Familiarity: Serial communications (UART, SPI, I2C), device drivers, and RTOS environments.
