The Role

  • Work closely with engagement teams to resolve risk management enquiries and assist in identifying appropriate standards/guidance.
  • Design and deliver training on risk management/quality matters and topical developments to the Senior Management Group.
  • Assist teams during audit inspections and respond to Audit regulators.
  • Develop internal policy and guidance on risk & quality matters and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Contribute to internal conferences, publications, and presentations.
  • Participate in professional accountancy body committees' projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent qualification.
  • Big 4 or global accountancy firm trained.
  • External audit experience with a desire to move into a more advisory area, utilising existing skills and knowledge.
