Role Overview

A food and facilities operations leader is required to drive exceptional customer care, achieve results in a fast-paced environment, and foster an inclusive culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality services across food, cleaning, and hard facilities operations.
  • Oversee client relationships, innovation, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs across accommodation and hard services.
  • Drive standards in food presentation and hygiene (HACCP-aligned).
  • Lead the performance and development of on-site teams.
  • Maintain legislative and policy compliance across services.
  • Collaborate closely with client agents to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Food & Beverage experience.
  • Proven budgeting and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong time management, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Deep understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a flair for mentoring and innovation.
