Parts & Stores Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Parts & Stores Specialist to support our customers and in-house service department with efficient, accurate parts supply and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and accurate parts support to clients and the workshop team.
  • Process parts inquiries via phone and at the trade counter.
  • Handle stock booking, parts issuing, and invoicing in line with internal procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized parts department.
  • Ensure all paperwork and administrative records are correctly completed and filed.
  • Build product knowledge and deliver high-quality advice to customers.
  • Support the continued development of the parts and service function.

The ideal candidate will have computer literacy and be able to manage inventory systems. They will also be customer-focused with a professional attitude and have previous experience in a similar parts or sales role.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as is attention to detail and ability to multitask.
