Digital Marketing Director

As a seasoned Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive traffic, boost conversions, and fuel growth across all online platforms. You will lead the development of our brand's web presence, including our website, social media, and email campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering impactful SEO/SEM strategies, PPC, and data-driven performance marketing. You will also manage all digital assets, including our website, social media, and third-party listings. Additionally, you will own and execute a cutting-edge digital roadmap that drives traffic, boosts conversions, and fuels growth across all online platforms.
You will innovate with content, from blog posts to stunning visual videos, ensuring a seamless and luxurious brand experience across every guest interaction. You will also bring the brand story to life across all digital and print material, delivering creative campaigns across all aspects of print, PR, and B2C events.
Furthermore, you will manage all OTA platforms to ensure consistency, performance, and conversion optimisation. You will foster strong industry relationships and partnerships to drive visibility and new market opportunities. Finally, you will build and lead a high-performing marketing function, reporting on performance weekly and monthly, and contributing to revenue forecasting.
