Front of House Training Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training delivery and development.

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to staff and ground handling agents across Europe's largest airline group.
  • Develop and update lesson plans, instructor materials and training content to meet legislative requirements and company objectives.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling of training requirements for the organization.
  • Conduct initial and recurrent training courses using various methods such as classroom, online, and practical training.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to staff and ground handling agents.
  2. Lesson Plan Development: Develop and update lesson plans to meet legislative requirements and company objectives.
  3. Training Material Creation: Create instructor materials and training content to support training delivery.
  4. Course Coordination: Coordinate and conduct initial and recurrent training courses.
Requirements:
  • Previous airport or Ground Operations experience required.
  • Effective planning, organization and time management skills essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations offered.
