Customer Delivery Representative Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a full clean Irish/EU driving license who can install, fit, collect, and exchange units/products at customer sites. As a Customer Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for additional sales and meeting company performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by using problem-solving skills to meet individual needs.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service by installing, fitting, collecting, and exchanging units/products at customer sites.
  • Pursue additional sales opportunities and strive to meet or exceed company performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid full clean Irish/EU driving license is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
