Precision Product Development Manager

An experienced Project Manager is sought to oversee the development of next-generation precision products.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in support of project goals.
- Manage program attributes: schedule, scope, budget, staffing; ensure projects stay on track and within commitments.
- Evaluate risks and take action to mitigate.
- Cross-functional team lead ensuring project deliverables and dependencies are met.
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities, priorities, meetings, and communications to align cross-functional teams.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and escalate critical issues as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Masters, PMI certification a plus).
- Minimum 10 years industry experience preferably with some background in silicon development or electronics systems design.
- Proven success in leading large cross-functional teams through influence.
- Experience with multi-site, multi-geographical development desired.
- Strong planning and organizational skills ability to set and manage priorities adapt to change track progress issues risks and deliverables to closure.
This role involves travel approximately 10%. This position is a full-time role within Analog Devices locations.
