About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced competition lawyer to join our team. As a member of our commercial practice, you will work on high-profile, complex cases involving competition and antitrust law.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Handle all aspects of competition and antitrust work, including merger control, competition investigations, compliance, State aid, and disputes.">
  • Work on foreign investment screening and public procurement matters, both contentious and non-contentious.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial team on high-value, complex cases.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years PQE in competition law.">
  • Experience in a large corporate law firm.">
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and strategic thinking skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to manage workload effectively.">
  • Experience in public procurement and/or foreign direct investment highly desirable but not essential.">
