AI Experiences Design Opportunity

Workday is expanding its Research and Design team in Dublin to deliver financial management, human capital management, and analytics applications designed for the world's largest companies, educational institutions, and government agencies. We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our AI Experiences team and focus on creating intuitive features that build trust in AI for the enterprise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years industry experience (relevant experience will also be considered if other requirements are met)
  • 1+ years experience building AI products
  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Library Sciences, Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
