Electrical Engineer Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our projects from concept to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead electrical engineering projects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Design Development: Develop electrical systems for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing facilities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards, including ATEX, IEC, and ISO 13849.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical drawings, and support the creation of validation documentation.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with mechanical, automation, and process engineers to develop integrated solutions.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior and intermediate engineers and provide training on industry standards and best practices.
  • SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Oversee supplier selection and manage contractor performance.
  • Continuing Education: Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory changes within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
